Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced roast beef

12 slider rolls (preferably Hawaiian)

6 slices provolone cheese

2 cups au jus (store-bought or homemade)

Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).

Lay out the roast beef and season it lightly with garlic and onion powder.

Slice open each slider roll and layer two slices of provolone cheese on the bottom of each.

Pile on the seasoned roast beef, then top with another slice of cheese before closing the rolls.

In a saucepan, heat the au jus until warm.

Bake the assembled sliders for about 15 minutes covered with foil; uncover for the last 5 minutes to brown slightly.

Serve warm alongside bowls of au jus for dipping.
