Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

4 cloves garlic (minced)

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and shape into 1-inch meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until golden brown on all sides (about 8 minutes). Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, combine honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce; simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Return meatballs to the skillet and toss with the glaze for 2 minutes.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in finely chopped vegetables or herbs to the meat mixture.

Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
