Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Spread sourdough cubes on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a food processor, combine toasted sourdough, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, olive oil, basil, and lemon juice. Pulse until finely chopped but still textured.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least one hour to meld flavors.
