Instructions
- Wash the green beans under cold water and trim the ends.
- Boil a pot of salted water and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until bright green but still crisp. Transfer to an ice bath.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add corn and saut? for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Drain the green beans from the ice bath and add them to the skillet with corn. Toss over medium heat.
- Drizzle lime juice and remaining butter into the skillet, stirring until evenly coated.
