Method
 

Preparation

  2. Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and spices in a large bowl.
  3. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, and apricots, mixing gently.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
Glaze
  1. Combine apricot preserves and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread the glaze generously over the top of the meatloaf.
Baking
  1. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165?F (74?C).
  2. Rest your meatloaf for about 10 minutes before slicing.
