  • 2 tbsp Smoky paprika adds depth and warmth
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use gluten-free if needed

  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
For the Glaze

  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar balances acidity

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
  2. Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf form on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of smoky paprika.
  5. Spread the glaze generously over the top of your meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160?F (70?C).
  7. Rest your meatloaf for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
