Ingredients
  

Meatloaf Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 cup bread crumbs preferably fresh
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
Topping Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Method
 

Prepare the Meatloaf
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped mint, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and milk.
  3. Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
  2. Spread the topping evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake the Meatloaf
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160?F (70?C).
  2. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
