Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing the edges.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add in the buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and green food coloring, stirring gently.
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients gradually using a spatula.
Baking
  1. Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  3. Cool the cake on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
Filling
  1. Prepare the filling by whipping the heavy cream to soft peaks and mixing it with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Assembly
  1. Spread the filling over the cooled cake and carefully roll it up.
