  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil for drizzling
For Serving
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice or Noodles to serve with
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes for sprinkling

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and trimming the bok choy, separating the leaves and stems for even cooking.
  2. Gather your garlic and any other veggies you?d like to add.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic to the hot oil, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the bok choy stems first and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the leafy parts of the bok choy and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until vibrant green.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce over your stir-fry, tossing everything together for about 1 minute.
