- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tsp cooking oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about one inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty.

- Remove the patties and set aside. In the same skillet, whisk in flour until lightly browned. Gradually add beef broth while stirring continuously until smooth.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about five minutes until thickened.
