- 2 medium yellow onions, diced
- 1 bulb garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Place them in a large pot over medium heat until softened (about 10 minutes).
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saut? diced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Combine softened tomatoes with saut?ed onions and garlic in one pot. Simmer on low heat for about an hour.
