Description

Cheese Steak Pinwheels are the perfect party appetizer, combining tender steak, gooey provolone cheese, and vibrant bell peppers all wrapped in soft tortillas. Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steak with salt and pepper until browned (about 4 minutes). Remove from heat.
  3. Saut? bell peppers and onion in the same skillet for about 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, layering with provolone cheese, saut?ed veggies, and cooked steak. Roll tightly.
  5. Slice each rolled tortilla into pinwheels about an inch thick and place cut-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
