- 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers (any color), diced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steak with salt and pepper until browned (about 4 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Saut? bell peppers and onion in the same skillet for about 3 minutes until softened.
- Lay out a tortilla, layering with provolone cheese, saut?ed veggies, and cooked steak. Roll tightly.
