- 3 fresh tangerines (juiced)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375?F (190?C).
- In a bowl, mix tangerine juice, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
