Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and chop figs.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, figs, sugar, apple cider vinegar, orange zest, and water. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally until cranberries begin to pop.
