1 ? cups graham cracker crumbs

– ? cup unsalted butter (melted)

– 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 2 cups heavy whipping cream

– 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

2. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.

3. Spread half of the filling over the cooled crust, layer with half the strawberries, followed by the remaining filling and strawberries on top.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
