  • 1 box chocolate or vanilla cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup store-bought frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp glow-in-the-dark food color (food-safe)
  • 10 lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease a baking pan and bake the cake mix according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in 3/4 cup of frosting until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls (approximately 1 tablespoon each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Dip each lollipop stick into melted white chocolate before inserting it halfway into each ball.
  5. Chill the cake pops for 1 hour until firm.
  6. Melt remaining white chocolate with glow-in-the-dark food color, then dip each chilled cake pop until fully coated. Place back on parchment paper and let set.
