  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 pimento-stuffed olives (for ‘eyeballs’)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
