  • 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 4 quarts water
  • Juice of 1 lemon (plus slices for garnish)
  • 1 pound Andouille sausage (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Wash shrimp, cut potatoes in halves or quarters, and cut corn into thirds.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil; add Cajun seasoning.
  3. Add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until fork-tender.
