  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean)
  • 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, saut? the chopped onion until soft and translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, saut?ed onions, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and half of the ketchup. Mix gently without overmixing.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Spread remaining ketchup on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160?F (70?C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with mashed potatoes or steamed veggies.
