  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, saut? onions and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the onion mixture and stir to combine. Gradually whisk in beef broth until smooth; add Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Return beef to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the gravy thickens.
