1 pound fresh skinless salmon fillet

? cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1 large egg

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) or heat a frying pan with oil over medium-high heat.

Chop the salmon into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl. Add breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
