Ingredients

16 oz fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)

1 medium onion

3 cloves garlic

2 cups vegetable broth

1 cup heavy cream

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley to taste


Instructions
