- 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 300?F (150?C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a paper towel for grip.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Generously rub this mixture on both sides of the ribs.
- In another bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and optional chili powder for added flavor.
- Grill ribs bone-side down over indirect heat for about two hours or wrap in foil and bake for the same time.
- During the last half-hour of cooking, brush on the sauce every ten minutes until sticky-glazed.
