Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

? cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

? cup packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

? cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup mini marshmallows


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat; cool slightly.

In a bowl, whisk together the sugars and eggs until smooth; mix in the cooled chocolate.

In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt.

Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture; add mini marshmallows gently.

Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in nuts or using different types of chocolate.

Let cookies cool on wire racks for optimal texture.
