  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 whole garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions
