Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (for saut?ing)

Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tofu and saut? until golden brown on all sides (8?10 minutes).
