Instructions
- Rinse farro under cold water. In a pot, combine it with vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and minced garlic; saut? until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Drain excess liquid from farro if necessary. Combine cooked farro with saut?ed mushrooms and garlic in the skillet.
