- 20 oz canned pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add diced onion and celery; saut? until soft (about 5 minutes).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, saut?ed vegetables, drained pineapple chunks, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
