  • 2 medium tangerines (juiced and zested)
  • 1 cup pitted green olives
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: chop the onion, mince the garlic, and zest the tangerines.
