  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups rhubarb stalks, chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and 2 tbsp flour until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, and softened butter; mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared baking dish and evenly sprinkle the oat topping over it.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
