Description

  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (canola or grapeseed)
  • 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook udon noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and saut? until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Stir in red chili flakes to taste, mixing well.
  4. Add cooked udon noodles and soy sauce, tossing until evenly coated.
  5. Plate the noodles and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
