  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly before whisking in eggs and vanilla extract.

  6. Allow to cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve.
