- 2. Prepare an ice bath by filling a bowl with cold water and ice. Once the timer goes off, transfer the eggs to the ice bath for 5 minutes.
- 3. While the eggs cool, toast the sourdough slices until golden brown.
- 4. Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl until creamy but still textured.
- 5. Generously spread the mashed avocado over each slice of toasted bread.
