  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving half a cup of the pasta water.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut? until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in fresh lemon juice and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in cooked pasta, smoked salmon, and reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  6. Serve garnished with remaining Parmesan and fresh dill.
