  • 2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sear the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
