  • 4 medium Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C) and prepare the pie crust.
