- 2 cups diced rutabaga
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and saut? onion and garlic until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add diced rutabaga and chickpeas; season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in vegetable broth, cover, and simmer until rutabagas are tender (approximately 15 minutes).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer the veggie mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover with puff pastry, cutting slits for steam vents.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
