- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 2 tbsp red food coloring (gel)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix vegetable oil and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in red food coloring and vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed but slightly underbaked. Allow cooling before topping with cream cheese frosting.
