Ingredients

Scale
  • 68 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
  2. Toss sliced peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit to release juices.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, remaining sugar (1/2 cup), and salt. Stir in melted butter and milk until just combined.
  4. Pour half the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer the peach slices on top and dollop remaining batter over them.
