- Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until combined.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle with remaining marinade and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
