  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 1/3 cup Korean BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, green onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, and half of the Korean BBQ sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, brushing with remaining BBQ sauce halfway through.
  5. For the spicy mayo dip, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs on a platter with the spicy mayo dip.
