  • 2 ripe kiwis (about 200g), peeled and chopped
  • 2 ripe pears (about 300g), peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup rolled oats (90g)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (60ml)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) (60g)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, and cinnamon; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey or maple syrup. Add in chopped kiwis and pears.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
