Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Chop the kiwis and dates into small pieces.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a third bowl, beat the eggs and stir in melted butter along with mashed bananas, kiwis, and dates.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; lumps are okay!
- Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
