  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Saut? the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned (6-8 minutes).
  4. Add half of the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Warm tortillas and layer with shredded cabbage and teriyaki chicken.
  6. Top with green onions and pickled ginger before serving.
