Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C). In a bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely.
  3. In serving glasses, layer one-third of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  4. Add a generous layer of fresh huckleberries on top of the yogurt. If desired, drizzle with honey for extra sweetness.
  5. Repeat the layers with more yogurt and huckleberries, finishing with a layer of oat crumble on top.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
