  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least one hour in the fridge.
