- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper, cooking until pink (about 2 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and saut? garlic for 1 minute. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Return shrimp to skillet along with drained pasta and lemon juice. Toss gently, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
