Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475?F (245?C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet or hot pizza stone.
  3. Evenly spread torn pieces of fresh mozzarella over the dough.
  4. Arrange sliced figs on top of the cheese, then layer with slices of prosciutto.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze; top with fresh basil before serving.
