  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or apple bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk honey (or maple syrup) until smooth; pour over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
