  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300?F (150?C) and pat ribs dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub over both sides of the ribs.
  3. Drizzle apple cider vinegar over seasoned ribs and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  5. Unwrap ribs, brush with barbecue sauce, and grill on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Serve hot with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
